The e-car lease team had the pleasure of attending the Go Electric! Event which was recently hosted by Let’s Experience Electric, in conjunction with GMEV.

The event was very much about bringing the different businesses in the Greater Manchester area together to discuss the present and future possibilities that electric vehicles presents – infrastructure, charging points, vehicle supply, alternative vehicle solutions. Marketing, reviews and leasing products all featured at this showcase.

The resounding theme was that change is already happening at an astounding rate across the UK; the move to electric cars and vans isn’t something which might happen – this is something which is already happening. It was incredible to be amongst like-minded individuals and businesses who recognise that we do need to adjust our behaviours towards the environment and our transport.

With the ability to select from a number of great vehicle options (and with plenty more coming) some of the initial concerns and worries are now dissipating.
