The EVA are conducting their annual survey with the UK’s new and used electric car network.  Electric vehicles are changing the way Britain drives. But with debate growing over cost, charging, taxation and whether drivers are ready to make the switch, your experience matters more than ever.

Your answers, alongside those of drivers across Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, will feed directly into what the EVA will tell the Government and industry.

Last year's survey results were quoted by government departments, industry leaders and the media, and helped the electric car community win stronger chargepoint accessibility rules, easier home charging for people without driveways, and action on the cost of public charging. This year's findings will shape what the EVA push for next, including on the incoming eVED tax and current uncertainty over EV sales targets.

About the EVA

The Electric Vehicle Association (EVA) England is a non-profit member association representing current and prospective EV drivers across England, and advocating on their behalf to the government, media and industry.

Founded in 2020 by a group of passionate EV drivers, we were inspired by the benefits of electric driving and the urgent need to reduce air pollution and tackle climate change.

We’re here to give a voice to EV drivers. We push for government policies and industry changes which accelerate the transition to electric vehicles and work towards a transport system that’s cleaner, fairer, and fit for the future.
