About e-car Lease Charge Point Partnerships

All of the vehicles we display on the e-car lease website are pure electric vehicles (also referred to as EVs or battery electric vehicles or BEVs). As these vehicles operate via one power source only, the lithium-ion battery, the vehicle must be charged to operate properly. If you fail to charge the vehicle correctly, you will be unable to drive it.

Whether you operate from domestic or business premises, there are a number of charge point products available. Some charge point manufacturers will be able to provide an approximate online quotation for consideration, but these will be subject to an electrician’s or surveyor's onsite inspection.

Domestic / Home Charge Points

e-car lease do not provide a charge point with our contract hire and leasing deals. Nor can we add the cost for one with your quotation or contract. This is something you need to organise yourself before the delivery of the vehicle.

There are various routes to procure a new charge point for your home including:

•  Speak to your local electrician
•  Find a charge point installer via websites like TrustATrader
•  Speak to your energy provider, as many can offer energy packages including the installation of a charge point  
•  Look into guidance from the Government and energy savings trust

Workplace Charge Points

e-car lease do not provide a charge point with our contract hire and leasing deals. Nor can we add the cost for one with your quotation or contract. This is something you need to organise yourself before the delivery of the vehicle.
